Delete your account
You can delete your Tenlly account yourself, at any time, without asking us first.
Delete it from the app
This is the fastest way — it takes effect immediately.
- 1Open the Tenlly app and go to the Account tab.
- 2Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 3Read what will be removed, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account permanently.
Or ask us to do it
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account, or include your registered mobile number so we can identify it.

What happens to your data
Deleted straight away
- Your name, email address, date of birth and gender
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your favourites and wishlist
- Your referral code, and any referral bonus still pending
- Your notification tokens, so we can no longer message your device
- Your ability to sign in with that mobile number
Kept, because the law requires it
Order, payment and invoice records
These are financial records. Indian tax, accounting and consumer-protection law require us to keep them for a set period, so they cannot be erased on request.
These records are separated from your identity when your account is deleted — your name, contact details and addresses are stripped from them, so what remains is an invoice that no longer identifies you.
Before you delete
- Any balance left in your Tenlly Wallet is forfeited. Wallet credit cannot be transferred or paid out as cash.
- Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account, its order history or its wallet balance afterwards.
- If you have an order on its way, it must be delivered first.
